
Alycia is passionate about helping other women become educated in exercising safely, comfortably and confidently.
She believes this is especially important during pregnancy and the post partum journey so she has developed The Strongest Mum Program to help local mums stay and feel strong both mentally and physically no matter what stage of their motherhood journey they are on.

Alycia spent almost 15 years of her working life in retail management until she discovered a love and passion for fitness which directed her to change her career path.
She wanted nothing more than to work in a gym all day, helping others and since 2016 she has been doing that. After the birth of her son in 2018 she realised that there was a tremendous lack of information not getting to new mums which lead her to learn more. Since then she has shifted her focus towards helping mums learn about healthy pelvic floor function, safe training pre/post natal and how to obtain/maintain core strength along with their other individual fitness and health goals.
